Nachos and Sourdough Bread

In my catching up, I found pics on here of sourdough bread (I made) and nachos (I'm not sure who made them, but someone took pictures) so I thought I'd post what we're making at our house.

I use the sourdough starter for pizza dough mostly, but since I hadn't made it for a little while, I needed to do something else with it.

These had to be for Tara.  She's the only one who is a nacho "purist"...just chips and cheese for her.
