Back to the Grind--Monday

It was back to school day Monday. Alyssa had class Monday morning so she drove herself and Jenna to school. I didn't make it to the gym....again (I really do need to get back). I did order Tara's new school stuff (she is almost done with the workbooks I have for her) and some other things in the morning while the girls got started and then Tara and I did some workbooks and "couch school". It was kind of a quiet day, Tim put up mirrors and the hardware on the pocket door in the girls' bathroom (pics to come later) and we had kind of a quiet school day. I took Jenna to piano lessons in the afternoon and then had a terrible stomach ache so I didn't eat any dinner. Tim had gotten some Hot Links to have, but I don't even think those got eaten because everyone kind of had leftovers. I guess we will have them tonight. We did get to have Reuben Sandwiches for lunch (mmmm...one of my favorite sandwiches) before I felt sick. I fell asleep early and didn't finish watching the movie Tim and I were watching. Gotta finish it today so I can return it and get something new that comes out today (I think Nativity Story and Eragon come out).

Tim was off to a doctor's appointment this morning and then the doc's office called to tell him the doctor's wife had gone to the hospital to have a baby so he had to reschedule. He is going to Home Depot and then will come back home to work on more projects, I am sure. I need to get pics of his latest ones posted. I have to work on Jenna/Tara's room today. It really needs to be organized and now that their bathroom is finished, I can get a lot of that stuff put away too.

Off to get everyone going for school!

You've certainly had a busy month. Disneyland looks like it was a huge hit.

Enjoy getting back to the grin - really settling in your new home.

It must feel good to be in your home! I remember when we moved in I couldn't wait to start our routines again!

Ooh, we love reubens, and I have completely forgotten about them! I'll have to add them to my menu list!

It'll be SO NICE when all of the little things are finished up. We live in an older home so there is ALWAYS something needing to be done.. sigh... we have 3 rooms in the process of something right now.
