My Tea Posy
My neighbor got me the coolest gift for my birthday and I haven't had a chance to try it until today. It's called a Tea Posy. She got me the clear teapot and then some teas to go with it. The teas are vacuum packed "blossoms" of tea that you pour hot water on and it "blooms". They aren't cheap, but you can use them for 4-6 pots of tea and then if you keep the "bloom" in cool water, it will last a few days.

Okay, the blossom is bizarre, looks like something found in an aquarium! But I'm really glad you posted it, because now I'll know what it is when I hear about it IRL! And I love the clear pot!
